GreenPoint turned to Prism to help them develop a new debit card rewards program that would increase revenue for the bank and enhance value for the customer. The result: the DebitPerks program which gave customers points each time they used their GreenPoint Debit MasterCard®. Points were redeemable for rewards in travel, entertainment, gift cards and merchandise. Results: After six months, activation of DebitPerks exceeded goal by 18%; average DebitCard transactions per customer increased by 12%.
