Carol is a dynamic and instrumental voice in the field of healthcare marketing. She has successfully designed and implemented marketing initiatives for a variety of healthcare organizations, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, outpatient centers, physician practices, healthcare associations and more. Carol brings over 21 years of experience, which most recently included six years as Director of Marketing for Johns Hopkins Medicine and before that 10 years as Chief Marketing Officer for Georgetown University Medical Center.
Carol holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and has served on professional association boards, spoken at numerous conferences and written several articles for medical and healthcare marketing publications. She is on the faculty at Johns Hopkins School of Professional Studies.
